Education: BTech | MTech Polymer Engineering | Surface coating or PhD - Polymer Chemistry Experience 2 to 4 years Experience in epoxy formulation, know-how of processing powder coating, liquid coating, floor coating, construction chemicals and material characterisation using DSC, UTM, DMA and Fatigue. Role & responsibilities Implement norms for safety culture and 5S in laboratory. Execute commissioning activities of new instrument in laboratory Perform testing and review results as per established quality standards and deliver in time Adhere to PO ADC department policies and SOPs Maintain NABL documentation and monitor as per ISO 17025 Perform laboratory testing for compliance Develop new testing methods as per specific requirements | qualification process Eligibility Individuals who have cleared 10th and 12th in first attempt (50% and above) MTech | BTech (50% and above), with no academic gap.
