Job Description

R & D
  • Key Deliverables
    • Draft, edit, and review high-quality scientific manuscripts, grant proposals, project reports, and regulatory documents.
    • Perform data analysis and interpretation of preclinical and clinical trial datasets, with a focus on oncology and Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT).
    • Utilize bioinformatics and AI-based tools for plasmid design, multi-omics data analysis, and generation of meaningful biological insights.
    • Collaborate closely with R&D, clinical, and manufacturing teams to integrate findings into publications, proposals, and scientific communication.
    • Contribute to intellectual property (IP) preparation, scientific presentations, and technical documents for internal and external stakeholders.
    Qualifications & Experience
    • PhD or MTech/MSc with

      3 5 years

      of relevant research experience in Immunology, Biotechnology, Computational Biology, or related fields.
    • Proven first-author publications in reputed international journals.
    • Experience with awarded research grants is an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of clinical trial data analysis, especially in cancer or CGT domains.
    • Hands-on experience with bioinformatics software, AI/ML methodologies, and proficiency in

      R or Python

      .
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong scientific and analytical reasoning.
