Job Objective : To achieve the sales targets and develop brands portfolio in the respective territories by driving implmentation of sales and marketing stratgies, ensuring compliance to systems and processes, building & maintaining Customer Relationship. Professional Sales Manager-Rx Prescription Generation & Business Development: 1. Ensure chemist RCPA to know Dr Rx Behavior of company as well as competitor brands 2. Ensure brand discussion as per RCPA/Dr Rx Behavior 3. Promote company brands in a scientific way 4. Persuading potential Drs to purchase company brands. 5. Identifying prospective Business opportunities for the company 6. Ensure brand focus as per Drs type (Rxber/Dispensing) 7. Ensure Bioderma Brands availability at imp chemist by visiting them regularly Strategy & Processes Implementation 1. Ensure disciplined execution of sales and marketing strategies as per given timeline 2. Ensure to give feedback on marketing initiatives & scientific inputs 3. To adhere to company policies, processes. Customer Relationship Management 1. To develop rapport with important KBL/KOL Drs to encourage repeat purchase of company brands & following up on leads generated by Marketing/Digital team 2. Ensure all DVL Drs KYC 3. Ensure A & B Class Dr Visits as per designed frequency 4. To celebrate all Drs birthday 5. Ensure 6 Drs Visits in a day,3 Chemist Visit in a day, Stockiest visit once in a week 6. Identify and develop new Drs 7. To develop productive relationship with Drs Data Management 1. Ensure live reporting of Drs & Chemist Visits 2. To send dispensing Dr orders on time 3. To ensure weekly, monthly sales analysis, Sales calculations of dispensing/non dispensing Drs & chemist sales as per given weekly/monthly aspirational projection 4. To ensure weekly, monthly data submission as per given timeline 5. To prepare data/ppt for weekly and monthly review 6. To ensure expense submission on or before the timeline

Scientific Business Officer Position: Scientific Business Officer Incumbent: O1-1A Supervisor and Position (L+1): Regional Sales Manager Superior and Position (L+2): Sales Manager PURPOSE To generate prescription through science based communication within assigned territory by implementing defined strategies. Positive body language in front of the customers. 2Influencing :- selling the perception created by the PMT to the doctors. Convincing the chemist/ Stockist to keep the stocks. 3High Energy Level :- cover his/ her territory and achieve targets of coverage of all levels of customers. i.e. doctors, Stockist, chemist etc. 4Learnability :- A person inculcate the product knowledge and marketing strategy related to products every quarter and quickly convert it to Rx in the doctor's chamber. 5Decision Making :- A CRM Investments decisions to be taken.. 6Comprehensions :- A person to comprehend articles/ journals related to molecules and engage the doctor in a dialogue. 7Perseverance :- A Person To face the high rate of rejections associated with this job and keeps the spirits high. 8Analytical Skills :- a person to analyze the performance.
