Role Overview: You will be joining Wizbee School Inc., an educational institution located in General Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Dasmarias, Calabarzon, Philippines, recognized for its dedication to academic excellence and creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. As a full-time remote employee based in India with evening hours, your responsibilities will include planning and delivering dynamic online lessons, customizing curriculum materials to cater to diverse student needs, mentoring students in an online learning setting, evaluating student performance, and offering constructive feedback for their improvement. You will be expected to dedicate 4-5 hours per day, primarily during evening hours from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver dynamic online lessons - Customize curriculum materials to cater to diverse student needs - Mentor students in an online learning setting - Evaluate student performance - Offer constructive feedback for student improvement Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience - BTech, MCA, M.Sc., or PG degree in a relevant science discipline - Strong expertise and passion for teaching Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficiency in creating engaging presentations, particularly with strong PowerPoint skills - Teaching certification in a relevant subject area considered advantageous Additional Company Details: The compensation for this position ranges from 300 to 600 per hour based on your skills and expertise level.
