School Teacher Trainer (Primary)

As a School Teacher Trainer (Primary) at Caprics Learning Lab, your role will involve full-time, in-person training sessions for teachers across various locations in India. You will be based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, with a monthly salary starting from Rs. 40,000/-. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare training content and materials and deliver educational sessions for teachers at all levels. - Implement effective classroom management practices and strategies to develop self-responsible and independent teachers. - Create training videos and travel to different schools as required. - Monitor classes and schools" performance, provide on-the-job training, and maintain good relations with stakeholders. - Support teachers and education programs to enhance the quality of basic education. To be eligible for this position, you should be a graduate with 3-5 years of experience, proficient in Tamil, English, and Hindi languages, and be able to relocate to Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time, permanent role.,
