Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a School Teacher (PPRT, PRT, TGT & PGT techers) for across India. The School Principal will oversee daily school operations, develop and implement educational programs, and ensure a safe and productive learning environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, enforcing school policies, and maintaining communication with parents and the larger community. Salary: upto 30000 for PRT, upto 40000 for TGT and upto 80000 for PGT Qualifications Expertise in Curriculum Development and Education Graduate or master degree with B.ed or M.ed, Strong skills in Educational Leadership or School administration Excellent Communication skills Proven ability to manage and inspire a team Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities Graduet or Master's degree in Education Administration or a related field is preferred Previous experience as a School Principal or in a similar leadership role is an advantage Show more Show less
