We are looking for a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering quality education, and supporting the overall development of students. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons based on the school curriculum. Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and observations. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and other required data. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns. Support the individual learning needs of students and help them achieve academic goals. Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and participate in professional development. Ensure compliance with school policies and uphold ethical standards in all activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area (B.Ed. preferred). Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Patience, creativity, and a student-focused attitude.
