Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the institution, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee the academic curriculum, staff development, and student performance. Develop and implement educational strategies to meet institutional goals. Monitor the schools progress and ensure adherence to educational standards. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for students, staff, and parents. Lead recruitment, training, and retention of faculty and staff. Manage budgets, finances, and resources effectively. Collaborate with the governing body, board members, and other stakeholders to improve school standards. Represent the institution at public events, educational conferences, and community outreach. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation requirements. Handle conflicts or grievances from staff, students, or parents. Key Skills & Qualifications: Masters Degree in Education or related field (PhD preferred). Minimum 6 years of experience in a leadership role within the educational sector. Strong knowledge of educational programs, regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team of educators. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
