Role Responsibilities Develop and implement educational programs and policies to align with the school’s mission. Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to promote high teaching standards. Oversee the curriculum development process to ensure adherence to educational standards. Monitor and assess student performance through standardized testing and other evaluation methods. Manage school finances, including budgeting and resource allocation. Foster a positive school culture that promotes safety, respect, and inclusivity. Establish effective communication channels with parents, staff, and community stakeholders. Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and educational organizations for support and partnership. Ensure compliance with national and state educational regulations and policies. Plan and oversee school events, activities, and functions. Address and resolve student and staff issues in a timely manner. Provide professional development opportunities for staff to improve instructional practices. Promote the school’s vision and engage in community outreach initiatives. Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance educational outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree in Education Administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience in educational leadership or administration. Proven track record of improving student academic performance. Strong understanding of curriculum standards and educational best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to inspire, motivate, and support staff and students. Experience in managing school budgets and strategic planning. Knowledge of current educational technology and resources. Ability to manage conflicts and make decisive decisions. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse educational environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Relevant certifications in educational leadership or administration. Experience in community engagement and public relations. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
