Position:

Role Summary

The Principal will serve as the academic and administrative head of the Cambridge school, responsible for driving strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality teaching–learning practices, maintaining CAIE standards, strengthening school operations, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and progressive school culture.

• Oversee delivery of Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary levels .
• Ensure alignment with CAIE standards, policies, and assessment practices.
• Lead school operations ensuring compliance with school policies, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct classroom observations and performance appraisals.
• Maintain positive relationships with parents, the School Management, CAIE representatives, and the broader school community.
• Drive school vision, mission, and long-term roadmap.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• B.Ed. or equivalent mandatory.
• Certification in Cambridge Professional Development / Cambridge Leadership programs (advantage).
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience + 3–5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal/Academic Coordinator/Principal).
