Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Principal at Bellwether International School, located in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh. The School Principal will provide leadership in managing the academic and administrative functions of the school. Key responsibilities include overseeing curriculum development, ensuring high-quality education delivery, fostering a positive school environment, and building strong relationships with staff, students, and parents. Additional duties include staff management, compliance with educational regulations, and creating a nurturing environment for students’ academic and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Education, with experience in designing and implementing academic programs.
• Proven expertise in Educational Leadership and Middle School administration, with a track record of effective school management.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with faculty, students, and the broader school community.
• Relevant work experience in an educational institution, preferably at a leadership level.
• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with national and international education standards and best practices.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and innovative learning environment.
