Job Description

As a School Outreach (B2B) professional, your role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing school contacts while also creating new connections with other schools. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining rapport with existing school contacts and creating new contacts for selling existing or newly created sessions/projects. - Maintaining relationships through repeat visits and calls to capitalize on new opportunities for developing projects in schools. - Achieving revenue and target goals for conducting sessions and selling products in schools. - Organizing and executing events in schools. - Providing counseling and lead generation support to centers when not visiting schools. - Liaising with teachers to establish tie-ups for generating school references. Additionally, you will be required to travel within and outside the city for work and engage in revenue generation activities for schools, such as generating institutional tie-ups and Olympiad sales. Qualifications: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any subject domain. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel, and IT literacy. Skills required: - Conviction and salesmanship. - Problem-solving attitude and creativity. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask and handle work pressure competently. Personal characteristics: - Confidence, high motivation, and energy. - Resourcefulness and a problem-solving mindset. - Honest and dedicated in efforts and intent.
