School Counselor

Role Overview: You will develop a thorough understanding of MyPeegus processes, services, and protocols to deliver expert psychological services to partner schools. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing interventions for parents, teachers, and students to enhance psychological well-being and performance across school communities. Additionally, you will lead program creation, execution, and evaluation to ensure alignment with best practices and organizational objectives. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of services, mentoring and supervising junior psychologists, interns, and coordinators, conducting and overseeing psychological assessments, organizing professional development sessions, and contributing to research projects will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a thorough understanding of MyPeegus processes, services, and protocols - Design, implement, and manage interventions for parents, teachers, and students - Lead program creation, execution, and evaluation - Maintain accurate records and documentation of services - Mentor and supervise junior psychologists, interns, and coordinators - Conduct and oversee psychological assessments - Organize professional development sessions - Contribute to research projects and publications Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of psychology and child development, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful interventions - Research expertise with experience in data analysis and methodology - Proven leadership and team supervision skills - Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills - Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva for presentations and reports - Effective crisis management and stakeholder relationship-building skills Additional Details: You will report to the Associate/Senior Associate Psychologist and supervise Junior Psychologists, Interns, and Coordinators. The relevant experience required for this role is 1-2 years. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person during day shifts.,
