*Reports to:* Director/Principal *Location:* Nigdi, Ravet, Baner, Bhavdan, Wakad, Hinjiwadi. *Job Summary:* We're seeking an experienced and passionate Chief Learning Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Admissions:* - Generate admission enquiries through effective marketing strategies - Convert leads into admissions through personalized interactions - Develop and implement admission processes to meet targets 2. *Staff Management:* - Lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff - Foster a positive work environment and promote staff development - Ensure staff adhere to preschool policies and procedures 3. *Day-to-Day Operations:* - Oversee daily school activities, ensuring smooth execution - Monitor and maintain high standards of quality education - Address parent concerns and feedback 4. *Leadership:* - Provide vision and direction for the preschool - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth *Requirements:* - Experience in early childhood education and administration - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in admissions and staff management *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in young lives - Collaborative and supportive work environment If you're passionate about early childhood education and have exceptional leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you!
