• Share best practices in document scanning, quality control, and OCR accuracy improvement.
• Guide the team on workflow optimization, error detection, and data management techniques.
• Review processes and recommend improvements for scanning efficiency and data integrity.
• Conduct virtual mentoring sessions and practical demonstrations as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a

  Scanning Supervisor / Scanning Coordinator / Document Management Lead.

• Strong knowledge of

  OCR technologies, document indexing, metadata tagging, and digital archiving systems.

• Ability to mentor and communicate technical concepts clearly to learners.
• Familiarity with database and record-keeping workflows is a plus.
• Availability for short-term or session-based freelance mentorship.
