About The Role Duration: 6 months Location: Remote (Candidate has to visit the client office in Noida once or twice a month for a meeting on their expenses) Timings: Full Time (As per company timings) Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only) Experience: 3-7 Years Role Summary Understanding, troubleshooting, maintenance, and change implementation of the current SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system developed on the Ignition Platform. Should be able to troubleshoot the Codesys-related issues. Experience in handling SCADA systems. Experience in Energy Management would be an additional advantage. Responsibilities Ignition Certification – essential CORE Certification and desirable GOLD Certification Design, program, and maintain the SCADA/HMI (Human Machine Interface) user interface using Ignition Designer Design and implement web interfaces using Ignition Perspective. Expertise in scripting in Python within Ignition. Interface with the OPC Server/Client and other external systems. Implement Tag Historian and report function Integration of MariaDB db /InfluxDB db with the SCADA backend using SQL Bridge. Perform backup and restore operations. Manage alarms, indicators, and alert notifications. Integrate with email and other messaging services. Proficient in program development using Structured Text (ST) and ExST under Codesys Automation Server and Scripting. Experience in handling industrial protocols like Modbus, Profibus, EthernetIP, DNP3, etc. Experience in setting up and integrating with OPC Server and OPC Client.
