S&C Solution & Innovation Advisory Senior Manager (Retail) - Retail Merchandising

Role Overview: As a Solution & Innovation Advisory Senior Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for providing high-touch sales support to the Strategy and Consulting teams focusing on the retail industry globally. Your role will involve planning and origination, proposals and orals, content management, and continuous improvement activities to drive sales success. Key Responsibilities: - Team Building & Leadership: You will seed and oversee a multi-disciplinary team that offers deal support for the retail industry. With time, you will grow and manage the team to expand service coverage across different geographies. - Industry-Specific Deal Support: You will own the end-to-end deal solutioning process for clients in the retail industry. This includes solution architecture, feasibility assessments, business case development, and proposal creation. - Tailored Multi-Team Engagement: You will partner and collaborate with various teams within Accenture involved in selling and delivering work, such as Market Leads, Client Account Leads, Global Network Teams, and other Sales Support teams within the S&I Advisory team. - Thought Leadership & Asset Creation: Stay updated on emerging retail trends like AI-driven personalization, inventory management automation, and supply chain predictive analytics. Your role will involve building thought leadership and strategic assets to reinforce Accenture's position as a leader in these evolving areas. Qualification Required: - Experienced Senior Consulting Leader with deep expertise in the retail industry. - In-depth knowledge of retail industry dynamics, particularly in the North America/European markets. - Hands-on experience with leading merchandising and planning platforms like Oracle Retail, Blue Yonder (JDA) Category Management, and Infor Retail. - Ability to shape Agentic AI solutions within the retail industry.
