Job Title: Saviynt Administrator
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Experience: 4–7 years
Function: Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Role Overview


The Saviynt Administrator is responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. This role ensures stable IAM operations, effective access governance, and compliance with enterprise security and audit requirements. The position works closely with IAM, GRC, SOC, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the Saviynt IGA platform, including user lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows
  • Configure and maintain access request workflows, approval chains, role models, and entitlement catalogs
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver events
  • Support periodic access reviews and certifications for SOX, PCI, and SOC compliance
  • Troubleshoot Saviynt issues related to connectors, provisioning failures, and workflow errors
  • Perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access remediation activities
  • Manage integrations between Saviynt and downstream systems (e.g., Entra ID, applications, databases)
  • Support audit activities by providing evidence, reports, and explanations of IAM controls
  • Work with IAM Process and GRC teams to align Saviynt configurations with documented policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience administering Saviynt IGA in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle, RBAC, access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD)
  • Experience with IAM integrations (Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID, cloud apps, databases)
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOX, PCI DSS, and SOC audits
  • Ability to troubleshoot IAM workflows and provisioning issues
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
