Job Title: SAP/Cybersecurity Sourcer Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon Role & Responsibilities: Identify SAP/Cybersecurity candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques & through different job boards. Screening quality candidates for the given requirement . Develop talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs. Keeping abreast of new sourcing methods and tools Evaluating how well candidates fit the company's culture, values, and work environment. Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System) What we need? Need 2-6 years of strong sourcing experience , should be able to build/source differently through multiple job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn etc . Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
