Job Description

Immediate Position - SAP VIM Lead
Lead the strategic direction, blueprinting, and design of the SAP VIM solution, aligning it with overall financial and procurement objectives.
Conduct business process workshops to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into robust and scalable VIM solutions.
Own the full lifecycle implementation of SAP VIM, including configuration, development of functional specifications, testing, and deployment.
Configure SAP VIM document processing, workflow (Invoice Approval, Non-PO, PO-based), parking, blocking logic, and exception handling.
Manage the integration points between VIM and SAP modules (FI, MM), OCR technologies (ICC/BCC/IES), and external systems (e.g., Ariba).
Oversee the design and configuration of custom VIM reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and compliance tracking.
Manage change requests, system upgrades, and patches related to the SAP VIM and associated Open Text components.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 3+ years as a Lead or Senior Consultant focused on SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and the VIM solution on S/Proven experience leading at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP VIM.
Deep expertise in OpenText VIM configuration (e.g., workflow setup, DP document types, invoice processes, channels, roles, approval hierarchies).
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead workshops and influence business stakeholders.
