Job Description

As an experienced SAP Test Manager at Capgemini, your role will involve leading and managing testing activities across SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and HCM. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end SAP testing lifecycle - Demonstrating expertise in SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, HCM, etc. - Developing and implementing test strategy, planning, and execution - Managing defect reporting and tracking using tools like JIRA and HP ALM - Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders effectively - Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA projects Your profile is expected to have the following qualifications: - Familiarity with automation tools such as CBTA, Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca - Basic understanding of SAP Basis and integrations - Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall delivery models - Ability to lead teams and plan resources effectively - Conducting risk and impact analysis - Hands-on experience with UAT and cutover planning Working at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career with a range of career paths and internal opportunities within the organization.
