About the Role

CADCENTER IEE is seeking a qualified and motivated SAP / Tally Faculty to train students and professionals in accounting, ERP systems, and financial software tools at our Head Office in Ernakulam (Cochin). The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in Tally Prime, SAP (preferably SAP FICO), and core accounting principles, along with a strong interest in teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions in Tally Prime and SAP modules (SAP FICO preferred).
• Train learners in essential accounting and ERP domains, including:
• Financial accounting concepts
• GST, TDS, Payroll & taxation
• Ledger, voucher, and inventory management
• ERP workflow, reporting, and business operations
• Create lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Guide students through real-world accounting tasks and ERP simulations.
• Track student progress and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Support learners with certification guidance, placement support, and interviews.
• Participate in workshops, academic events, and institutional initiatives.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and software advancements.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO or other SAP functional modules
• Excellent understanding of:
• Accounting principles
• GST / TDS / Taxation
• ERP systems and processes
• Financial documentation & reporting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to teach concepts clearly and effectively to diverse learners

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent Commerce Degree
• Certifications in Tally or SAP (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in teaching/training or accounting & ERP operations
• Freshers with strong software skills and good communication may also apply
