SAP Success Factors Consultant (WFH)

Job Purpose

Deliver end-to-end SAP Success Factors implementations and provide ongoing support, ensuring seamless configuration, integration, and optimization across key HR modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Success Factors modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical deliverables.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations and drive process improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, documentation, and system enhancements.
• Provide post–go-live support, including updates, optimizations, and issue resolution.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in key modules (e.g., EC, PMGM, RCM, LMS — adjust as needed).
• Proven experience in full-cycle implementations and ongoing support.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia.
• SAP SuccessFactors module certifications.
