About the Role:
SAP STC (Service to Cash) Consultant
remote role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support
end-to-end Service-to-Cash (STC)
process implementation, including service order management, billing, and revenue recognition. - Configure and optimize SAP components related to
Customer Service (CS)
, Sales and Distribution (SD)
, and Finance (FI/CO)
for LATAM markets. - Implement
localization and compliance
solutions aligned with country-specific tax, invoicing, and reporting regulations (e.g., NF-e, CFDI, SPED, DIOT, AFIP
). - Integrate SAP STC processes with external systems for
e-invoicing, compliance reporting
, and field service scheduling
. - Collaborate with business teams to streamline service operations, credit management, and revenue accounting.
- Support
testing, documentation, and training
for LATAM business users. - Stay current with evolving LATAM tax and electronic documentation mandates impacting the STC process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Systems
. 8+ years of experience
in SAP STC, SD, or CS
implementation and support, with strong process knowledge.- Proven expertise in
LATAM localization
, including tax, invoicing, and e-documentation
. - Hands-on experience with
SAP configuration
for order-to-cash, billing, and service processes. - Understanding of
integration technologies
(IDOCs, BAPIs, APIs) for third-party system connectivity. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (mandatory)
; English proficiency preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with
SAP S/4HANA STC or BRIM
solutions. - Exposure to
GRC, TDF
, or local tax reporting tools for LATAM. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently across distributed, multicultural teams.
