About the Role


The role involves designing, overseeing, and implementing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions for Berner, ensuring alignment with the organization's architecture, security, and scalability goals.



Responsibilities


  • Design, oversee, and implement SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions for Berner.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Define the architecture, select services, and create technical roadmaps.
  • Optimize performance and guide development teams.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in leading technical transformation programs in SAP.


Required Skills



  • Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing BTP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage large and diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including scrum.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience with additional SAP modules and technologies.
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
