Hi Everyone, we are hiring for SAP SF HR Employee Central years of experience: 6+yrs Location: Pune Active/valid certified SAP SF Employee Central professional Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates. 6-8 years experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central is a must. Collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs. Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative. Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project environment. Prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies a plus. SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory. Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live. Experience working with international clients at onsite locations. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes. Strong communication and articulation skills (verbal/written/presentation) Expertise in provisioning system. Agile delivery experience. Good to have : Experience in Time & Attendance Module.
