Responsibilities : Reporting to the global SAP Security lead this person / position will be based out of Celanese s service center in Hyderabad/India and responsible to support the SAP User provisioning process through SAP GRC Access Control. In addition, the candidate will be a key point of contact for user access issues and will work closely with the SAP Security team. The successful candidate should have strong knowledge about SAP Security authorization concept overall to be responsible for creating the Access Requests in GRC by identifying the appropriate Task and Business Role across various SAP landscapes. In addition, the candidate will raise access requests to support the Emergency Access Management (Fire Fighter) and Run Risk Analysis. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in SAP GRC AC and SAP Security in a large SAP environment Solid knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori Proficient with SAP security administration tools, SAP authorization concept Experience in troubleshooting approaches and technical skills to conduct root cause analysis Demonstrated deep understanding of application-level security, at a functional and transaction level Familiarity with Service Now Tool and be able to run periodic reports for the management Excellent communication skills to align across multiple and global teams Fluent English Additional Requirements Key Personal Traits: Results driven, managing activities effectively Thorough working style Strong work ethic and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills Experience working with teams with diverse backgrounds and various skill levels across the globe Qualifications : Required Years Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience Required Education: Bachelor s Degree or higher, and/or equivalent work experience
