SAP Technical, Configuration, and Business knowledge in SD module.

Extensive knowledge of Sales & Distribution sub-modules along with integration with SAP MM, TM, GTS, and FI modules.

End-to-end process knowledge related to SAP.

Good knowledge in master data setup, mainly in the area of Equipment Masters, Setup of Install Base, and warranty.

Should have knowledge in error handling of Idocs and data files. Knowledge in addressing AIF errors hands-on.

Good knowledge in Contracts and SD Billing.

Good-to-Have

Exposure to incident management tools and terminologies.

Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP.

Understanding integrations with non-SAP applications.

Understanding of change management process.

Exposure to S/4 HANA.
