SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant

As a SAP SD Consultant at IT Services Organization, your role involves leading and participating in SAP SD module implementation, configuration, testing, and support. You will customize SAP SD to align with business requirements by configuring key features like sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, and inventory management. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams for system integration, providing post-implementation support, creating documentation and training materials, conducting testing and quality assurance, optimizing processes, and implementing improvements based on industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in SAP SD module implementation, configuration, testing, and support. - Customize SAP SD to meet business requirements by configuring key features such as sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, and inventory management. - Work with business users to understand their sales and distribution processes and requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Provide post-implementation support, including resolving user issues, system errors, and performance problems. - Create user manuals, system documentation, and training materials. - Plan and execute functional testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Suggest and implement process improvements based on industry best practices and SAP SD capabilities. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP SD configuration, implementation, and support. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its capabilities in the Sales and Distribution module. - Knowledge of advanced SAP SD functionalities like Advanced ATP, SAP EDI, and E-commerce integration. - Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution processes and SAP SD module integration with other SAP modules. - Proficient in SAP system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Any UG or PG in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. (Note: SAP SD certification is preferred but not required for this role.),
