1. SAP Sales & Distribution (S&D) Consultant Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years in full-cycle implementations and support projects Education: B.E. or equivalent Modules Implemented: SAP FI, CO, FM, MM, SD, PP, QM, DMS, Fiori SAP Version: ECC 6.0 EHP8 (Planning to move to SAP S/4 HANA in April 2025) Key Responsibilities: Independently work and configure SAP SD module Design, configure, and support business processes in S&D Collaborate with other module teams as required Handle S&D accounting and its integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, QM modules Customize reports, user exits, smartforms, and tables Handle integration with third-party applications like SAP CX, WMS, weighbridge Manage SD master data and support in related modules Debug ABAP, implement SAP Notes, and create functional specifications for development Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of pricing procedure, sales taxation, and partner functions Experience in Credit Management, Scheme, Text Control, Item Category/Output Determination Integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, QM modules Experience in LSMW, BAPI, BADI, RFC, and functional modules Expertise in Free Goods, Copy Control, Scheduling, Batch Management Knowledge of document flow, Incompletion Procedures, and SAP Standard Basic Functionality 2. SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling (FI/CO) Consultant Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in full-cycle implementation and support projects Education: CA / ICWA with functional experience in Finance and Costing Modules Implemented: SAP FI, CO, FM, MM, SD, PP, QM, DMS, Fiori SAP Version: ECC 6.0 EHP8 (Planning to move to SAP S/4 HANA in April 2025) Key Responsibilities: Independently configure and manage SAP FI/CO modules Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes Manage financial data, reports, and dashboards for management Analyze, configure, and support general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, assets accounting, and budgeting Manage COPA, profitability analysis, and actual costing Handle financial statements, banking, inventory valuation, and group reporting Troubleshoot issues, provide end-user training, and document processes Oversee project management and data migration Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of general accounting, account payable/receivable, and assets accounting Experience in COPA, profitability analysis, actual costing, and budgeting Expertise in financial statements, group reporting, and financial closing Experience in managing integrations with SAP and non-SAP products/applications Knowledge of banking processes, inventory valuation, and management reports SAP S/4 HANA experience Additional Notes for Both Roles: Ability to understand business processes from a business perspective Manufacturing industry experience, preferably in Ceramic, Tiles, or Bathware Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects
