Duration : 12 months Business skills: Very good knowledge and business process understanding in SAP Supply Chain domain (SAP Inventory Management, Plant Maintenance, Production & Quality management) Experience with SAP BI data reporting is a plus Experience working in large international companies and global teams IT skills: Strong experience in SAP IT application support and delivery in SAP PM, IM, PP & QM modules, including: incidents resolution & root-cause analysis, delivery of change requests via system customizing, testing and transports management, delivering system enhancements and working with ABAP Developers S4 HANA & FIORI experience SAP system integration experience (RFC/iDocs/XML files) with production & WMS systems Knowledge of the integration points with other SAP modules (SAP MM, FICO & SD) Experience working with Service Desk ticketing systems (Service Now & JIRA)
