Job Summary: Altivate is seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven SAP Sales Manager/Head to spearhead SAP sales, business development, and revenue growth in the KSA region. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in SAP solutions sales, demonstrating deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Cloud, GRC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP modules. A proven track record in building strategic customer relationships and consistently exceeding sales targets is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive SAP sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals. Establish and cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across various industries. Manage the complete SAP sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, aligning offerings with evolving market demands and customer requirements. Collaborate with SAP partners, vendors, and internal teams to enhance solution positioning and value proposition. Drive customer satisfaction and engagement through a consultative and strategic sales approach. Stay abreast of SAP innovations, cloud advancements, and digital transformation trends, ensuring Altivate remains at the forefront of industry developments. Lead RFP responses, high-impact presentations, and bid management for enterprise-scale SAP projects. Partner with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Team building and training Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP sales, business development, or a related domain. In-depth expertise in SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, GRC, Fiori, and Cloud offerings. Proven success in selling SAP licenses, implementation services, and digital transformation projects. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with a strong industry presence. Experience engaging with SAP channel partners, system integrators, and cloud service providers. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales cycles using a consultative approach. Expertise in SAP pricing, licensing models, and contract negotiation. Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). Prior experience in the Saudi market and GCC region is highly advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision. Proven track record in selling SAP S/4HANA Implementation, AMS, and Migration projects is highly desirable. Knowledge of RISE with SAP S/4HANA solutions is an advantage. Pre-sales experience, including solutioning and proposal development, is preferred. Proficiency in any SAP module is an added advantage.
