Job Description: You are a Functional Consultant with 5 to 9 years of experience, focusing on the High-Tech industry. Your role involves providing analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to support clients in achieving growth and transformation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment for clients, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering - Assist in solutions for client challenges in the SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement landscape with expert insight throughout the project lifecycle - Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues effectively - Deliver effective presentations and communicate efficiently - Serve as an SAP functional consultant and provide solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests - Understand Private, Public, and On-prem best practices and the Clean core approach for S/4 HANA Implementation projects - Have a basic understanding of the Integration process of SAP S/4 HANA with other SAP and non-SAP Systems - Engage with clients to understand requirements, define solutions, articulate business benefits, and develop roadmaps for achieving objectives - Develop innovative solution designs leveraging extensive service offerings - Support business development initiatives by collaborating on proposal generation, shaping solution plans, and defining delivery approaches for SAP transformations - Oversee ERP integrations and assist in developing proof of concepts as necessary - Utilize strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights Professional & Technical Skills: - Possess 5+ years of SAP Retail experience, with at least 2+ years in SAP CAR - Deep understanding of retail processes including sales, stock, POS, and omnichannel scenarios - Hands-on experience with SAP CAR DTA configuration, real-time inventory availability via OAA, SLT / SDI / BODS data replication techniques, HANA-based analytics, and VDM modeling - Knowledge of SAP Retail master data and experience in S/4HANA Retail or ECC Retail environments - Exposure to agile methodology and project delivery tools like Jira, Solution Manager, or Azure DevOps - Translate business requirements into SAP CAR configurations and design - Implement and support key SAP CAR modules such as POS DTA, OAA, UDF, SAP CAR HANA VDMs, inbound and outbound POS data processing, real-time inventory visibility across channels, and data replication - Lead testing cycles, defect resolution, and cutover planning - Provide end-user training, documentation, and hypercare support post go-live - Experience in SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) or SAP Hybris Commerce integration - Understanding of machine learning models in UDF and basic ABAP debugging or enhancement knowledge is an advantage Additional Information: About Our Company: Accenture,
