Key Profile Requirements - MUST HAVE

• Minimum 14+years of extensive Enterprise implementation experience
• Prior experience of designing, integrating, and managing complex solutions across multiple technology domains eg ERP, Networking, Infrastructure, Data, Analytics, Security, Digital, Cloud etc.
• Strong Retail business knowledge with experience on SAP S4 HANA retail.
• Track-record in delivering multi-year applications & IT strategies, ideally across a complex organisation with multiple areas of business.
• Strong knowledge of current and Legacy enterprise architectural approaches.
• Ability to understand Methodologies (Activate, Agile, SDLC, SCRUM) and other industry business fundamentals and ability to showcase a quick learning curve.
• Strong verbal and written communication with out of box thinking abilities.
• Should have worked with onsite teams in business development or delivery.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• TOGAF/ Zachman or similar framework accreditation
  

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP solutions and appropriate industries to maintain credibility with prospective customers. Provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
• Support RFx of customer proposals.
• Engaging with Clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and a roadmap to meet their goals.
• Creating innovative solution designs that utilise our extensive service offerings.
• Participation in meetings with internal/external stakeholders (Delivery managers, Account managers and client partners) and Vertical & Horizontal teams.
• Ensure Enterprise Architecture frameworks & patterns are developed in line with common principles set by the CIO & Chief Architect.
• Acts as lead for enterprise architecture development and present ideas to CXO level business stakeholders.
