Job Title: SAP Recruiter US Shift Location: Noida and Lucknow (Onsite) Shift: 07:30pm to 04:30am Experience: 2+ years in SAP recruitment (US market) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking experienced SAP Recruiters to join our team, specialising in hiring SAP professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, specifically in SAP domains, and will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top SAP talent. The recruiter will manage the entire hiring lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and recruit top SAP professionals across various modules (SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ABAP, etc.). 2. Source candidates using job boards 3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified SAP consultants for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. 4. Ensure candidates meet client expectations by assessing functional, technical, and domain expertise. 5. Manage the candidate experience by providing timely feedback, scheduling interviews, and guiding them through the recruitment process. 6. Work closely with SAP practice heads, hiring managers, and clients to understand job requirements and business needs. 7. Track and report key metrics, including submissions, interviews, hiring ratios, and candidate conversions. 8. Stay updated with US visa regulations (H1B, TN, Green Card, and EAD work authorisations) and ensure compliance in hiring. Key Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in SAP recruitment within the US market. - Strong understanding of SAP domains, technologies, and job roles. - Proficiency in US IT recruitment portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). - Familiarity with SAP project structures, contract hiring models, and pay structures. - Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles efficiently. - Knowledge of US work authorisation types (H1B, Green Card, USC, EAD, etc.). - Experience working in high-paced agency, staffing, or corporate environments preferred.
