About the Role: We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Consultant with 15 years of strong expertise in financial accounting processes and SAP project management experience to ensure successful implementation and optimization of SAP solutions. Requirements: Experience in SAP Financial Accounting consulting particularly with SAP S/4HANA. Proven project management experience preferably with SAP implementations. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. Experience in managing SAP implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Good coordination with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT and operations, to facilitate effective collaboration and communication. Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Developing and executing test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training programs. Providing expert guidance and support to clients on best practices in financial accounting and SAP S/4HANA functionalities. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial accounting processes and SAP configurations. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP functionalities. Staying updated with the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA and financial accounting practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Relevant SAP certifications for example SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting would be a plus.
