Hello, Castaliaz Technologies, a leading SAP Implementation Partner and IT Consulting & Services provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver successful SAP S/4HANA implementations for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record of managing complex projects in a consulting environment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of SAP methodologies, specifically within the S/4HANA landscape. About the Role: As an SAP Project Manager within our consulting practice, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, specifically for S/4HANA projects at our client sites. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards within the S/4HANA landscape. This role requires travel to client locations. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and ensuring project alignment with their objectives. Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans for S/4HANA implementations/upgrades at client sites, including scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams working on S/4HANA projects at client locations, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with client stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, specifically regarding S/4HANA project progress and impacts. Manage expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets for S/4HANA initiatives at client sites, track expenses, and ensure cost control. Provide regular budget reports and variance analysis. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks specific to S/4HANA implementations. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure S/4HANA project deliverables meet the required standards. Change Management: Manage project changes effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's business during S/4HANA implementations/upgrades. Implement change control procedures and communicate changes to stakeholders. SAP Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) and best practices, specifically within the S/4HANA environment. Deep understanding of S/4HANA modules and functionalities is essential. Business Process Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of client business processes to effectively manage S/4HANA implementations and tailor solutions to their specific needs. Consulting Skills: Utilize strong consulting skills to advise clients on best practices and provide value-added recommendations related to S/4HANA. Travel: Willingness to travel to client locations as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a significant focus on S/4HANA implementations and upgrades, preferably within a consulting environment. Strong understanding of S/4HANA modules and functionalities. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple S/4HANA projects simultaneously at different client locations. PMP certification is a plus.
