Job Description

Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner/Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new global master data management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in master data management, supply chain management, and project management. This role will be instrumental in driving the digitization and optimization of our supplier master data, data governance and overall procurement ecosystem to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Project/Program Manager, leveraging expertise in stakeholder engagement. Possess or aim for PMI PMP qualification, with the ability to drive project success. Communicate key milestones to stakeholders. Prepare folders and templates, providing support to stakeholders in executing procurement processes. Track and monitor progress to ensure on-time completion. Execute consolidation of procurement production volumes, generating deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to generate management reports and presentations summarizing volume budgets and projections. Act as a functional expert on optimization of our global trade operations. Identify, test, and roll-out best practices and alternative approaches. Maintain training and process documentation, including standard operating procedures. Provide stakeholder training on systems and processes. Coordinate responses to stakeholder inquiries and issues. Work with IT, BI&A, and Finance staff to resolve data, report, and access issues. Partner with stakeholders to identify technical and process enhancements and set priorities. Contribute to the development of management reports and presentations. Qualifications: 10+ years of Supply Chain Management or related field Demonstrated critical thinking. Strong ability to influence without authority in complex, high-impact situations. Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written). Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships in a matrix organization. Proven experience in building and implementing product strategies consistent with the company vision. History of retrieving and analysing feedback to shape requirements, features, and end products. Experience collaborating with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps. Strong supervisory skills, including supporting product managers and coordinating cross- functional teams. Proficient in preparing and reviewing product requirements documents (PRD). Ability to organize product releases and ensure compliance with schedules. Skilled in preparing recommendations to expand product base and vision. Capable of tracking product use and impact on end users. Autonomous prioritization and results-driven mindset. Effective management of multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional team-based environment. Understanding of product briefs and collaboration with clients for fine-tuning. Proven leadership in taking charge of end-to-end product development, including budgeting, resource allocation, and task delegation. Experience ensuring product development stays on track and adjusting schedules as required. Collaboration with design teams for efficient product prototype production. Demonstrated experience of managing Master Data Management (MDM) projects, preferably in the Customer, Supplier, Material or Finance domains. Understanding of SAP technology ecosystem, preferably with demonstrated project management experience of SAP MDG and S4/HANA implementations.
