About Client Hiring for One of Our Multinational Corporations! Job Title : SAP PM/CS Consultant Qualification : Any Graduate or Above Relevant Experience : 8 to 10 Years Must Have Skills : Strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) modules. Deep knowledge of maintenance processes such as work order management, preventive maintenance, and asset management. Experience in configuring SAP PM/CS solutions, including Master Data (Equipment, Functional Location, Bill of Materials). Ability to integrate SAP PM/CS with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, etc.). Excellent understanding of business processes related to maintenance, repair, and service management. Experience with SAP Fiori apps and SAP S/4HANA for PM/CS is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex SAP-related issues. Experience with testing, data migration, and documentation for SAP PM/CS projects. Knowledge of SAP reporting ools and SAP Query for generating reports. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. SAP Certification in PM/CS modules (preferred). Roles and Responsibilities : Analyze, configure, and implement SAP PM and CS modules to streamline plant maintenance and customer service operations. Provide expertise in the integration of SAP PM/CS with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, and FICO). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Develop and implement functional specifications, system configurations, and documentation for SAP PM/CS. Support business users with training, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations related to SAP PM/CS. Conduct regular system tests, manage system performance, and optimize functionality. Provide guidance and support in SAP PM/CS processes like asset management, work orders, preventive maintenance, service contracts, and service notifications. Support end-to-end process integration and data migration for SAP PM/CS implementation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in maintenance management and customer service.
