About the Role

SAP Platforms Analysts / Consultants

SAP S/4 HANA ERP transformations

This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation projects, collaborate with cross-functional global teams, and shape the next generation of intelligent platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in

  SAP Platforms-driven business design and assessments

  such as value analysis, business case creation, and process re-engineering.
• Deliver innovative

  solutions for complex client problems

  across the SAP S/4 HANA ERP landscape.
• Act as a

  Functional Solution Architect

  , supporting end-to-end RFPs and client solutioning.
• Engage with clients to

  gather requirements

  , define solutions, and create strategic roadmaps.
• Support business development activities including

  proposal generation, solution planning, and delivery approach

  for SAP transformations.
• Design

  proof of concepts

  and ensure seamless

  integration with ERP and related platforms

  .

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong functional experience in

  SAP FICO / SD / MM / EWM / IBP

  .
• Minimum

  3 years of relevant experience

  in SAP delivery engagements (preferably 27 years).
• Experience in

  23 large-scale transformation or implementation programs

  for global clients.
• Worked as

  Solution / Functional Architect

  for at least

  45 RFPs

  .
• Excellent

  project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  .
• Strong

  communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

  .
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA

  from a

  Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business School

  .
• Experience in

  industrial or manufacturing verticals

  is highly desirable.
• Proven success in

  client-facing consulting roles

  (23 engagements).
