SAP OTC Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure a reusable template in OpenText Core Capture for ZOR sales order automation in SAP.
• Ensure the end-to-end OCR sales order creation process operates reliably from document ingestion to SAP posting.
• Validate and configure support for new file types, including XLS and CSV files, in the upgraded OpenText version.
• Document configuration steps, dependencies, exceptions, and operational guidelines for future reference.
• Configure the solution in the SAP S/4HANA RISE environment to ensure compatibility and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to align data mapping and custom fields for sales order automation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve errors in the OCR automation workflow to minimize disruption in sales order processing.
• Monitor automated processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices for OCR and OpenText Core Capture.
