SAP OTC / SAP SD

Position summary:

SAP Fashion, Retail, or AFS industry experience

Core Requirements

• 610 years SAP OTC experience with strong configuration and integration skills.
• Proven lead/BA functional role experience.
• Deep industry knowledge in SAP Fashion, Retail, or AFS/FMS.
• Strong OTC integration expertise (EDI, GSX, WMI, C4, WebSphere via IDocs).
• Hands-on with S/4HANA OTC and Fiori apps.
• Strong understanding of IDocs and batch job management.
• Experience delivering enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: SAP Retail project experience; basic ABAP/debugging a plus.

• Quickly understand the client's business processes and customizations.
• Partner with business teams, translate needs into functional solutions, and advise on best practices.
• Lead large-scale projects end-to-end: requirements, design documentation, functional specs, and coordination with ABAP teams to ensure timely delivery.
