SAP OTC Consultant

Role Overview: You will support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules, integrating SAP technology into their business environment to achieve expected results. As a Consultant, you will facilitate implementation, enhance business functionality, maintain customer satisfaction, and manage complex assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Articulate business requirements and propose SAP solutions - Understand SAP Implementation project methodology, phases, and work as per tight timelines - Analyze current business processes, recommend/develop solutions to meet client needs - Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products - Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and discussion - Contribute to pre-sales, customer demos, Retail roadmaps, and Customer POCs - Lead in-house initiatives, focus groups, and improve delivery efficiency through knowledge assets & services creation - Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle with a proactive approach Qualifications Required: Hard Skills: - Must be certified in SAP Order to Cash - Experience in SAP OTC module, strong business knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash cycle - Familiarity with Enterprise Structure, Sales Org setup, Order Management, ATP, Stock Allocation, B2B Sales Pricing, Delivery Management, Invoice Management, RFI, and Quotation Process Soft Skills: - Positive and impactful Consulting Attitude - Strong time management skills - Experience in multicultural and diverse environments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to travel globally on a time-to-time basis - Continuous learning ability to stay updated with evolving SAP products and technologies Additional Company Details: Groupsoft US. is a Software Services company that provides Consulting and implementation services to Retail and Fashion organizations in North America and Europe.
