Job Description

Responsible for the implementation of SAP MDG systems, including the configuration of the system, customizing it to meet the organization's specific requirements, and conducting user acceptance testing. Providing technical support to SAP MDG users, resolving any technical issues that arise and providing guidance on the use of the system. Monitoring the performance of SAP MDG systems and takes steps to optimize their performance, such as implementing new hardware or reconfiguring existing systems. Responsible for managing user access to SAP MDG systems, including setting up and maintaining user accounts, assigning roles and authorizations, and monitoring user activity. Responsible for managing and protecting sensitive data within SAP MDG systems, including data backup and recovery procedures. Collaboration with internal teams. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
