NBITS is looking for SAP HR-FUNCTIONAL Consultant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Requirement Analysis : Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to gather and document their HR system requirements. Solution Design : Design SAP HR solutions based on the gathered requirements, ensuring that they align with the client's business objectives. This may involve recommending specific SAP HCM modules and functionalities. System Configuration : Configure the SAP HCM system to meet the client's needs, including defining organizational structures, personnel administration, benefits, payroll, and time management settings. Customization : Develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements within SAP HCM, often using SAP's development tools, such as SAP ABAP, to create custom reports, interfaces, and workflows. Data Migration : Plan and oversee the migration of HR data, such as employee master data and payroll information, into the SAP HCM system. Integration : Ensure that SAP HCM modules integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules, such as SAP Financials (SAP FI), and with external third-party systems. User Training : Provide training to HR administrators and end-users to ensure they can effectively use and manage the SAP HCM system.
