Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong understanding of HR practices and concepts who has worked in an HR role for 2+ years and has hands-on experience with the SAP HR module. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate with the SAP HR implementation team to ensure the smooth resolution of day-to-day issues. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to facilitate effective coordination between HR operations and the technical team. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the HR team and the SAP HR implementation team to address day-to-day operational challenges. Monitor and support the smooth functioning of the SAP HR module , ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes. Assist in troubleshooting SAP HR issues and collaborate with the technical team for timely resolutions. Provide functional support in HR operations related to payroll, employee records, attendance, and leave management using SAP HR. Conduct system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validation for SAP HR upgrades and new implementations. Ensure data accuracy and compliance in SAP HR records and processes. Assist in HR reporting and analytics by extracting data from SAP HR and preparing reports for management. Train and guide end-users on SAP HR functionalities and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive with in-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and operations . Hands-on experience with SAP HR module and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR system challenges . Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including HR and IT teams. Proficiency in HR operations , including payroll, attendance, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Excellent organizational and documentation skills . Preferred Skills: Prior experience in SAP HR module implementation or support . Understanding of HR analytics and reporting tools.
