Job Description

Hands-on experience in supporting payroll related Incidents for country USA.Canada, Australia and implementing International payroll Indian Payroll. Should have experience in cut over activities while transferring data from legacy systems to SAP. Should have knowledge on standard functions in SAP payroll process. Should have knowledge and experience on writing PCR, and schemas. Should know all the standard procedure of creation of wage types and wage types processing in payroll processing. Should know about various country specific standard info types and legislation processes. Should know about various country specific standard info types and legislation processes. Capable in understanding Business Process and Provide the Solutions Accordingly Expertise Capable in Understanding the Success Factors Integration between SF HCM. Expertize in Payroll System Able to understand business process and document all Scenarios Expertise in implementing Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM) modules. Proficient in providing implementation, post-implementation, application maintenance and enhancement support to the client with regard to the product/ software application system Swift in completing projects with competent cross-functional skills and making sure on time deliverables within cost parameters. Responsible for supporting Canada payroll related incidents Responsible for working on upgrade related and year end related activies Responsible for coordinating with Basis team on getting support pack implemented during upgrades Responsible for coordinating with Basis team on getting support pack implemented during Year end changes Responsible for Explaining and getting signoff for UAT Document from Business Responsible for Attending Daily scrum calls and provide an update on the changes or incidents working on Responsible for working closely with Business on resolving issues during weekly and Biweekly payroll runs Played a very critical role during the upgrade activities Played a very critical role during the implementation of year end activities Responsible for sending MOM to Business after every KT session Responsible for Preparing the Presentation for Reverse KT
