Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM Payroll Module for efficient payroll processing. Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy. Handle payroll-related configurations, schemas, rules, and wage types within SAP HCM. Manage integration with third-party payroll systems, tax authorities, and financial systems. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues while ensuring minimal downtime. Perform regular payroll audits, validations, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
