6+ Yrs experience and certification is preferred. Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in SAP HCM in implementation/Support services for at least 4 projects. Experience in Personnel Administration, Org Management, Time Management, Payroll India, Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes. Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration and Testing the complete process cycles. Possess strong knowledge on Organization management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll Should have strong knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customising-Payroll & Time management. Integration knowledge across modules.
