Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP FSM, with proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the solution for customers. This individual will be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions, managing project lifecycles, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize the field service operations using SAP FSM. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Manage the full project lifecycle of SAP FSM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the scope and requirements for field service management processes. Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies related to SAP FSM. Configure and customize the SAP FSM system to meet customer-specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP C/4HANA). Perform data migration activities, ensuring smooth and accurate transfer of data into the FSM system. Conduct system testing and work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the solution meets customer expectations. Lead user training sessions and prepare user documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP FSM and other integrated SAP modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PM, CRM) for integrated solutions. Stay updated on the latest SAP FSM releases, functionalities, and trends to provide continuous improvements. Provide post-go-live support and monitor system performance, ensuring optimal functionality. Participate in client workshops and presentations, helping them understand how SAP FSM can streamline their field service operations. Required Skills Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) consulting, with a strong focus on implementation, configuration, and support. In-depth knowledge of SAP FSM module and related integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP C/4HANA. Strong experience with Field Service processes such as service order management, resource scheduling, mobile field service, and customer interaction management. Proven ability to handle end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-implementation support. Solid understanding of SAP ERP and SAP Cloud solutions with experience in integration and data migration. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices. Experience in leading or mentoring junior consultants and project teams. Ability to identify business challenges and propose SAP FSM solutions to optimize operations and enhance user experience. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred). SAP FSM certification is a plus.
